One-to-one sessions are the most effective way to learn what is going on for you in your body at the moment and work with that directly.
With your body’s needs and your mood as guides, the sessions can vary from a challenging workout to more restorative.
We can work towards a home practice you do on your own as well.
After a free initial consultation on the phone, we can decide where and when to meet.
To get the full benefit of the practice it is preferable we meet weekly. I come fully equipped.

First session can be paid by cash, cheque or BACS transfer, then a monthly invoice will be sent to you for subsequent sessions.
